As per 01-04-2012, as directed by the Melaka Municipal Council has introduced a Heritage City tax of RM4.00 per room per night for all hotels in Melaka. This tax is payable upon arrival or departure at the hotel and excluded in the room rate.

As per 01-01-2025, Heritage Tax Fee at RM 4.00 per room, per night for 4 Star Hotel.
